Frank O. Prior (1895-1984) was an oil executive. He began his career in 1919 as a laborer for the Midwest Oil Company in the Salt Creek oil field in Wyoming. He was general superintendent, vice president, and president of Dixie Oil Company (1928-1930), and director and president of Stanolind Oil and Gas Company (1930).
